Our real estate agency was founded in 1953 by Edmond Clément, the current manager, Alexandre SCHMIDT founded IMMOBILIER FIDESIEN in Ste Foy Lès Lyon in 2005 and took over the MADELEINE BECHETOILLE real estate firm in 2009. He was President of the FNAIM du Rhône from 2017 to 2019.

Specialist in real estate transactions, we handle the sale and rental of apartments, houses, properties, land, commercial and industrial premises, residential and office buildings.

Our sectors are Lyon and the Metropolis, we also operate in the sectors of Vienne and Pilat Rhodanien, North Isère and the Gier Valley

Rental management and the condominium trustee are provided by Régie VINCENT TARGE, our exclusive partner.
